Lauri Ilison, PhD
CEO
Lauri who has a Doctor’s degree plays the key role in managing our company, active business developing and planning technical solutions, e-commerce and security development. Lauri worked at Sampo Bank as head of its internet bank and information systems development for 10 years.

Enna Tishler
Service and Quality Manager
Enna deals with developing and maintaining customer relations, processes and the whole service chain, so that everything would proceed as smoothly as possible. In her job, she can rely on her long-term work experience at Sampo Bank, where she was involved in managing services, processes, sales and people. Enna has graduated from EBS (Estonian Business School) with a degree in international business administration.

Margus Roo
IT Manager
Margus is responsible for developing technical competence, also planning back-end solutions for major projects. He has previously worked at Delfi as a manager of the Baltic’s IT systems.

Kaupo Kalda
Creative Director
Kaupo is the founder of OKIA (1996) and one of Estonia’s most experienced web professionals. His everyday job is helping the client find a suitable idea. In parallel, he runs Estonia’s most read marketing and web development blog (ours), as well as our Facebook page. Kaupo is the head of Veebiklubi (estonian web developers club), analytics portal Metrix.ee and charity portal Help.ee, founder of estonian first social network (at 1996) and a hobby photographer in his spare time.

Veiko Jääger
Creative Director
Veiko is able to both identify and meet commercial needs, as well as visitors’ expectations. He is highly adept in the world of usability. He has studied business management and product design at the Estonian Academy of Arts. He has also worked in banking and telecom sector, where he recently managed EMT’s (leading Estonian mobile operator) e-channels.

Carol Tikerperi
UX Analyst
Carol deals with user experience analysis and guidance, as well as usability improvement from the idea to the final solution. She has gained practical experience in making complex systems userfriendly at Trinidad Consulting and Altex Marketing (estonian well known UX and marketing agencies). One of Carol’s best-known projects is the new eesti.ee portal (integrated e-services), going live in autumn 2011.

Denis Senkevitš
Project Manager
Denis is a project manager with creative director’s inclinations; large strategic projects are close to his heart, yet his specific interest lies in mobile applications. He studies art at Tallinn University and used to work with major customers at Opus and Exact agencies.

Tiit Tamm
Project Manager
Tiit is OKIA’s main asset, who makes sure that our clients would be taken a good care of and the work would suit the client. Tiit has an experience of 16 years in the field of advertising, media, web design and project management.

Viljar Komp
Project Manager
Viljar deals with technically complex projects. He has extensive experience in systems – years of working as a service manager at Sampo Banks’ internet bank and at RIA (Estonian Information System’s Authority), where he worked as a product manager for eesti.ee and was responsible for integrating a wide range of systems. Viljar studies at the Estonian IT College.

Margus Žuravljov
Consultant
Margus keeps an eye on OKIA’s strategic development and participates in development projects as a consultant. He has led Hansabank’s private banking division, worked as a development manager for the Baltic states as a member of Dankse Bank’s (Sampo Bank) board, and has launched Sampo Bank in Saint-Petersburg. Margus has studied economics and psychology at the University of Tartu.

Katrin Zirk
Financial Manager
Katrin takes care of our financial affairs. She has previously worked as a chief accountant at Sularahakeskus and AB Medical Group Eesti companies for years. She has graduated from Tallinn College of Tallinn University of Technology with a degree in accounting and has also studied public administration at EBS (Estonian Business School).

Janeli Puusaag
Office Manager
Janeli makes sure that everything would go well and things would be in order in our office. She fits into our ensemble perfectly: she has studied culture at Tallinn University, worked at Eestifoto Stuudio and is a music lover through and through.
